We see ourselves as a management consultancy that takes up requirements from projects, implements ideas and offers concrete solutions – as an incubator for new things. Based on this understanding, we have founded ventures ourselves and work closely with start-ups.

D-ARIA stands for seamless, automated inventory processes by means of fully automated drones. The company was founded by EFS Consulting jointly with IVISO in September 2018.

simbly was founded out of the need to simplify the complex and time-consuming process of creating business plans. The company has succeeded in integrating AI and automation into its foundation. simbly has been in existence since summer 2023 and is a spin-off of EFS Consulting.
