Volvo Group Announces New Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) for IATF 16949

Volvo Group has issued their Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) for IATF 16949:2016, which will take effect on July 1st, 2024.

As stipulated in IATF 16949:2016, customer-specific requirements must be evaluated and incorporated into the organization’s quality management system.

The newly incorporated voting member of IATF (as of November 2023) has released these CSRs, which include a comprehensive supplier code guide and a performance scorecard quick reference guide, along with detailed rationales for each requirement.​

These requirements apply to all supply partners for Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, Renault Trucks, Volvo Eicher Powertrain (VEPT), and Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV).​
