Consultant Supply Chain Management (All genders)

We are seeking a Consultant to support our automotive clients in streamlining their supply chain and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operational improvement and can execute task forces under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Support analysis and execution of supply chain and operations improvement initiatives.
Assist with supplier management, inventory optimization, and delivery performance.
Participate in task forces related to sourcing issues, material availability, or logistics bottlenecks.
Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and OEMs.

Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Masters preferred.
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Hands-on exposure to logistics operations or procurement processes.
Willingness to travel (expected 80%)
Strong English communication skills are required; additional languages, particularly German or Spanish, are a plus
