Join our team as a consultant focused on implementing and improving quality systems and operational excellence initiatives in the
automotive sector. You’ll participate in root cause analysis and task force work, supporting senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality system practices in plant and supplier operations.
Collect and analyze quality performance data and trends.
Support task forces in quality incident resolution and customer complaints.
Document standard work and audit processes (IATF 16949 compliance).
Contribute to continuous improvement workshops and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Quality-related field.
2–4 years of experience in quality or operations in manufacturing.
Exposure to Lean tools, problem-solving methodologies, or quality audits.
Detail-oriented with a passion for improvement and accountability.
Willingness to travel (expected 80%)
Strong English communication skills are required; additional languages, particularly German or Spanish, are a plus
