We are seeking a Consultant to support our clients in shaping and executing IT and digital transformation strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on mindset and thrives in fast-paced consulting environments.

Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop actionable strategies and solution concepts that support decision-making up to top management level.
- Analyze current business and IT landscapes to identify improvement opportunities and define implementation roadmaps.
- Advise and accompany clients through digital transformation and change processes – from strategy to execution.
- Translate business needs into innovative, technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Contribute to project structuring, planning, and steering, taking on responsibility for specific workstreams early on.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to co-create sustainable solutions that drive business and operational excellence.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, IT strategy, or digital transformation (internships included).
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with an interest in technology-driven innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, and readiness to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
