Senior Full Stack Developer AI/ML Data Platform (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Design and implementation of AI solution prototypes in a full stack capacity
- Developing secure data handling and processing frameworks
- Leading and mentoring junior developers in technical implementation
- Estimating development efforts and creating technical roadmaps
- Collaboration with client IT departments for system integration (ensuring compliance with security and IT standards)
- Managing relationships with technical stakeholders
- Creating data pipelines for AI model training and validation
- Developing monitoring and testing frameworks
- Optimizing solution performance and scalability

Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- 4+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong background in database systems and data platforms
- Proficiency with Docker and container technologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of AI/ML workflows and requirements
- Backend development experience with Python, Java, or similar
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Database technologies
- Experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Understanding of data processing frameworks and basic ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Additional advantages:
- Frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
- SAP systems integration, automotive industry knowledge, agile development expertise, project estimation experience, and team leadership skills
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflflake)
- Basic DevOps practices, including cloud services, data security, and monitoring systems
