Consultant Aftersales Solutions (m/f/d)
We strengthen our team with a Consultant Aftersales Solutions. In close cooperation with our team and world– leading engineering and technology partners you will support the management of well-known automotive customers and start-ups with your commitment and ideas in finding solutions for the challenges of future mobility.
Your tasks:
- You will identify current trends in the field of mobility focused on aftersales solutions
- You will take over the daily processing of the core topics of the automotive customers with a focus on developing and working with a seamless end-to-end aftersales solution
- You will contribute with your practical knowledge to design customer experiences and the digitalization of business processes
- You will assist in preparing offers and customer workshops as well as support customer acquisition with a focus on design and project solutions
- You will bridge the gap with the IT and engineering teams, thus ensuring successful program launches and active PDCA

Your profile:
- A degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
- More than two years of relevant professional experience focusing on digitalization topics in the areas of aftersales, process consulting, product management, or business model design within the automotive industry
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office products
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, quick comprehension of new and complex subject matters and an independent, organized and structured working style
- Business fluent in German and English
- Open to travel to advise our customersPreferably:
- Specialized knowledge in the aftersales area is an advantage
- Holistic understanding of service-centred business applications and procedures, tooling, parts management and service system development, as well as sound knowledge of Quality Management System requirements (IATF 16949)

We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 44.800,- as well as attractive benefits. Overpayment is possible with corresponding professional experience and qualifications.
