We are delighted to announce the following promotions.
Congratulations to Michael Bereczuk, who has been promoted to Partner at EFS Consulting. Jakub Fousek and Werner Aichholzer have each been promoted to Engagement Manager.
Engagement Manager
Jakub Fousek has been with EFS Consulting since 2015 and is responsible for projects in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Aftersales. With his many years of experience and specialist expertise, he primarily supports clients with challenges in the areas of Procurement, Quality Management, Supplier Development and Performance Management.
Werner Aichholzer joined the company in 2018 and has built up extensive expertise in multi-project management over the past few years. He successfully manages projects in the areas of Sales, Aftersales and Market Entry.
Partner
Michael Bereczuk has been Engagement Manager since 2024 and was promoted to partner in 2026. He has built up extensive expertise in the field of IT Sales Landscape. Together with his team, he manages customer projects relating to Digitalization, IT Infrastructure and IT Sourcing & Provider Management.
