New radio label in Argentina
Changes to the Argentinian labelling for radio products were enacted
The Argentinian radio type approval authority ENACOM (Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones) has released Resolution 854 (RESOL-2020-854-APN-ENACOM#JGM) that establishes the new labeling scheme for type-approved radio devices.
From now, the new RAMATEL logo must be used instead of existing CNC one. The RAMATEL logo may follow the isologotype or isotype example, and the RAMATEL registration number must be placed below the logo.
For the devices which already have been approved and bear CNC logo, these requirements must be implemented by August 2022. For products which are already on the market, the current labelling CNC ID will still be sufficient.
In cases where the approved equipment is installed inside vehicles (e.g. cars) and as a consequence, its label is hidden from view, it must be printed in manuals or on-board documentation delivered with the vehicle.
