Changes to the CCC certification rules

Recently, an update of the CCC certification system rules was published

In a recent announcement, the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) informed about changes to the CCC self-declaration system.  Manufacturers must now actively track the updates of GB standards.

When a new GB standard for a product is published, manufacturers must update their CCC self-declarations accordingly (within a from the moment of the entry info force of the standard).  Otherwise, their self-declaration will expire.

However, for products that have been delivered, put on the market and are no longer produced before the implementation of the new version of the standard, there is no need to change the version of the standard in the self-declaration.
